Job summary

Insavlo is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer (Pre-sales & Delivery) based in Singapore. The role blends AI engineering, software development, technical pre-sales, implementation and customer delivery.

You will collaborate with engineering teams and customers to design, deploy and optimize AI-powered document intelligence solutions across Singapore and Asia. Fresh graduates and those with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong Python programming and software development fundamentals.
• Good understanding of APIs and basic system integration.
• Interest in LLMs, Generative AI and applied ML.
• Ability to work with customers and solve real problems.
• Strong ownership to drive tasks from problem to solution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI and document intelligence capabilities with Python.
• Build scripts, APIs, data pipelines and integration components.
• Design, test and optimise prompts for LLM-based document understanding.
• Assist with dataset preparation, model training and evaluation.
• Support frontend work with JavaScript/TypeScript and Vue.js as needed.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and POC demonstrations.
• Assist pre-sales with solution design and POC prep.
• Integrate Insavlo solutions with customer APIs, databases and workflows.
• Support projects from POC to production go-live and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues with engineering for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with research institutions and partners in Singapore/Asia on AI development.
