Job summary

Universal Access and Systems Solutions Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying opportunities and crafting software and AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

You will collaborate with Sales, Presales, Technical, Engineering, Delivery, and vendor teams to develop winning proposals and compelling client presentations. The role requires leading discovery sessions, sizing opportunities, and translating requirements into practical,

Qualifications

5+ years in solutions architecture, presales engineering, business development, or software development with customer-facing exposure.
Strong understanding of SDLC/methodologies (Agile/Scrum, CI/CD).
Experience translating business needs into technical designs and BOMs.
Exposure to API design/integration concepts (REST, SOAP) and MCP-like frameworks.
Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure and security platforms (Cisco/Splunk).
Demonstrated ability to scope, size, and cost software and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with account managers to qualify opportunities and shape winning software/AI strategies.
Lead technical discovery sessions translating business requirements into technical designs.
Size software/AI requirements, licensing, and BOM for accurate proposals.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and PoCs to clients.
Respond to RFPs/ToRs ensuring accuracy and completeness of solutions.
Support contract discussions by clarifying scope, assumptions, and exclusions.
