Job summary

Globe is seeking an AI Solution Expert to govern, design, and ensure architectural integrity of AI initiatives across the enterprise. You will act as a strategic reviewer for AI solutions from BUs and as the designer for core AI platform capabilities owned by the AI Group, driving scalable, secure deployments.

The role requires a strong background in AI/ML, 3+ years in AI development, and at least 1 year in an architectural or deployment capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering/Data Science.
• 3+ years in AI/ML development with at least 1 year in an architectural role or deployment.
• Relevant AI/ML certifications are a plus.
• Portfolio of AI projects, especially generative AI, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Review & Design Authority: design AI solutions and review BU work to ensure alignment with standards.
• Core Platform Capability Design: help architect end-to-end AI foundations like centralized gateways and vector stores.
• Standardization & Scalability Governance: define the Golden Path for scalable, reliable AI deployments.
