Job summary

iSupport Worldwide seeks an AI Solutions Architect to design, develop, and support enterprise AI applications, intelligent agents, document-processing workflows, and cloud-based integrations. The role emphasizes AI assistants, agentic workflows, RAG, OCR processing, and secure API integrations.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, govern models and deployments, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive AI-enabled automation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years in software, cloud engineering, or related roles.
• At least 1 year of hands-on AI experience in enterprise settings.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and AI platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with REST APIs and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI apps, agents, and workflow automation.
• Implement and optimize Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and RAG solutions.
• Develop document-processing workflows: OCR, extraction, routing, validation.
• Enable secure API integrations and tool orchestration across systems.
• Create technical designs, prompts, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate progress.
