You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, govern models and deployments, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive AI-enabled automation across the organization.

Qualifications

What is your mission?

We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect to design, develop, and support enterprise AI applications, intelligent agents, document-processing solutions, workflow automation, and cloud-based integrations. The role is responsible for AI assistants, agentic workflows, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, RAG solutions, document intelligence, OCR processing, API integrations, cloud architecture, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect to design, develop, and support enterprise AI applications, intelligent agents, document-processing solutions, workflow automation, and cloud-based integrations. The role is responsible for AI assistants, agentic workflows, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, RAG solutions, document intelligence, OCR processing, API integrations, cloud architecture, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Design, develop, and enhance AI assistants, AI agents, and intelligent applications that leverage business context, knowledge repositories, and workflow automation
• Support and optimize Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, model governance, resource configuration, authentication, production routing, and usage monitoring
• Implement and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using Azure AI Search, embeddings, semantic search, and enterprise knowledge sources
• Develop intelligent document-processing workflows including document upload, OCR, classification, extraction, confidence scoring, validation, exception handling, and routing into business systems
• Build and support agentic AI workflows capable of retrieving information, analysing documents, summarising content, recommending actions, and escalating tasks to human reviewers when required
• Configure AI agent tool orchestration and enable secure integration with business APIs, pricing engines, eligibility systems, and data services
• Create and maintain technical artefacts including AI prompts, configuration standards, tool definitions, workflow documentation, testing records, and implementation plans
• Design and support integrations between web applications, portals, databases, project management platforms, and third-party services using REST APIs and middleware solutions
• Develop or support cloud-hosted applications, internal tools, automation solutions, APIs, and business portals
• Support Azure App Services, Container Apps, Azure Functions, Static Web Apps, storage services, Key Vault, identity management, monitoring, and deployment activities
• Create technical designs and implementation plans from business requirements, stakeholder feedback, acceptance criteria, and project documentation
• Design automated workflows for notifications, document processing, scheduling, approvals, and business process management
• Support Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, repository management, and work item tracking
• Implement AI governance controls including audit logging, model version tracking, data protection measures, access controls, and human-in-the-loop review processes
• Communicate project status, technical risks, implementation trade-offs, and blockers to internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across AI, cloud, automation, and integration solutions

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of professional experience in software engineering, application development, cloud engineering, or related technical roles
• At least 1 year of hands‑on AI‑related experience supporting enterprise AI applications, intelligent automation, or AI‑assisted workflows
• Experience working in consulting, managed services, client‑facing technology delivery, financial services, lending, mortgage, or other regulated business environments is advantageous
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services, application hosting, identity management, and cloud architecture
• Hands‑on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, or comparable enterprise AI platforms
• Experience designing or supporting AI agents, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, function calling, tool orchestration, and intelligent automation solutions
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems
• Experience implementing document intelligence, OCR, document classification, extraction, confidence scoring, and validation workflows
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, or comparable application development technologies
• Strong experience with REST API integrations, web services, middleware platforms, and systems integration
• Knowledge of SQL, data modelling, data integration, and enterprise application architecture
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, source control management, pull requests, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Container Apps, API Management, and related automation technologies
• Strong understanding of SSO, OAuth, Azure AD / Entra ID, B2C, RBAC, identity management, and cloud security concepts
• Knowledge of AI governance principles including PII protection, audit logging, cost management, model lifecycle management, and human review controls
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent organisational, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
