Skills Required Summary

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, with proven experience leading AI and machine learning projects that deliver measurable business outcomes. They should have a successful track record of developing, launching, and scaling AI/ML solutions.

Strong technical expertise is required in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Java, as well as data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau. Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma), Data & AI platforms (Databricks, Azure AI Foundry), API development, and mobile/web application development is highly preferred.

The candidate should possess hands-on experience with advanced AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, Semantic Search, and Knowledge Management solutions.

Additionally, the role requires strong research, business and technical analysis capabilities, as well as the ability to develop business value propositions and deliver impactful presentations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a creative and innovative mindset. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering high-quality results.
