We're looking for an AI Product Manager who can identify opportunities, shape product strategy, and lead the delivery of AI-powered products that improve experiences for customers, employees, and the business.

In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders, technology teams, data scientists, and external partners to bring innovative AI solutions from concept to launch. You'll play a key role in defining product direction, managing delivery, and ensuring that AI products are scalable, responsible, and aligned with business goals.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and manage the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for AI-powered solutions.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities by analyzing business needs, user insights, market trends, and emerging technologies.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping to implementation and continuous improvement.
• Work with business, technology, and data teams to translate requirements into clear product plans and solutions.
• Manage AI initiatives, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Design and oversee pilots, experiments, and product validation activities to assess feasibility and user adoption.
• Monitor product performance and business outcomes, using data to guide enhancements and future investments.
• Drive adoption through user engagement, training, communication, and change management activities.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate product progress, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

We're excited to meet candidates who bring a combination of product thinking, business understanding, and AI knowledge.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of product management experience, including exposure to AI or machine learning initiatives.
• Experience leading products from concept through launch and optimization.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as business units, technology teams, data scientists, and vendors.
• Ability to translate complex business or technical challenges into practical product solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred:

• Experience delivering AI, machine learning, analytics, or data-driven products.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Figma, or similar platforms.
• MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
