Job summary

Ethos seeks experienced product leads to train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own end-to-end product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market launches, translating A/B test results into shipped decisions and creating polished docs and decks for stakeholders.

This remote, flexible role offers 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start. Expect collaboration with a cutting-edge AI lab and a focus on precise, high-quality documentation and presentation work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning full product lifecycle from PRD to launch
• Direct experience reading and acting on A/B test results for product decisions
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship

Responsibilities

• Own and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Develop and prioritize roadmaps, PRDs, and GTM plans for language-model features
• Translate experiment results into shipped product decisions and stakeholder updates
