Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of strategy to craft client-ready strategy decks, analyses, and executive materials for AI-enabled document tasks. The role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start, focusing on structured problem-solving, operating model redesign, and high-quality document craftsmanship.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and exceptional written communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy, with direct ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials.
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and building sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for client-ready strategy work.
• Develop executive materials, market analyses, and operating model designs for strategy engagements.
• Synthesize stakeholder input and translate into actionable roadmaps and presentations.
