Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity or technology project roles.
• Experience with global delivery models (onshore/offshore).
• Experience enabling AI or automation in business processes.
• Ability to own and deliver workstreams independently.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project workstreams with milestones and resources.
• Coordinate across global teams and time zones to ensure delivery.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI into workflows and processes.
• Develop, manage, and deliver project plans with governance artifacts.
• Provide proactive updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and ensure audit-ready project artifacts.
