Job summary

Optum part of UnitedHealth Group in Manila seeks a Senior Technology Project Analyst to lead project workstreams, drive execution, and deliver technology initiatives aligned to business outcomes. The role focuses on AI enablement, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

You will coordinate with technical teams, manage risk, and ensure audit-ready documentation while advancing efficiency with automation and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, tech project coordination, analysis, or delivery.
• Experience in global delivery models (onshore/offshore).
• Experience enabling AI-driven or automation-based solutions.
• Ability to own and deliver workstreams independently.
• Strong analytical skills with data-to-insights capability.
• Excellent communication across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop, manage, and execute project plans with milestones and resources.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams with timelines and quality.
• Monitor progress with delivery metrics and standards.
• Coordinate across global teams across time zones.
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders and sponsors.
• Provide proactive updates to leadership and drive decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI capabilities into workflows.
• Design, test, and operationalize AI-enabled solutions within business processes.
• Improve efficiency through automation and intelligent workflows.
• Evaluate AI effectiveness and propose enhancements based on metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with emerging tech.
