Qualifications

• 6+ years of ORMB software development experience.
• Designing, developing and deploying complex software systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience leveraging AI/ML in software solutions.
• Knowledge of Java and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software systems.
• Make architectural decisions and review designs from other engineers.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Lead by example in coding best practices and standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Mentor junior developers through constructive feedback.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and system tests.
• Lead technical projects from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers to define requirements.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and foster continuous learning.
