Job summary

Optum Philippines is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead technology programs and drive outcomes for clients. You will align work with resources, manage budgets, and guide agile teams while balancing Waterfall needs; experience with ServiceNow and AI initiatives is valued.

Qualifications

10+ years of project/program management experience in technology environments.
Experience as an Agile practitioner, with flexibility to adapt to Waterfall methodologies when needed.
Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar tools.
Experience in endpoint software delivery or similar technical environments.
Exposure to or experience working with AI-related initiatives or technologies.
Proven solid people management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Defining work strategies, aligning with resources and desired client outcomes, and overseeing planning and execution of the work.
Ensuring technology solutions are managed to support business strategies, often working with senior management.
Directing the integration of technical aspects of all related projects/programs.
Conducting analyses, needs assessments, and cost/benefit assessments and helping to broker other technology services.
Monitoring financials to ensure budget compliance.
Release management.
Works with less structured, more complex issues.
Serves as a resource to others.
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives.
