Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks a UI/UX Designer to craft exceptional end-user experiences for our data-dense web applications. You will create simple, scalable, accessible, and visually compelling interactions while collaborating with Development, Product, Operations, Sales and Marketing teams.

You will drive usability testing, maintain design systems, and mentor junior designers; a data-driven, fast-paced environment awaits, with a focus on client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field.
4+ years of UI/UX design experience in software or SaaS.
Experience with AI-assisted design tools and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

Create excellent end-user interactions and overall experience for data-dense web apps and websites.
Suggest scalable, accessible, and visually compelling interactions.
Collaborate with Development, Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing and external clients.
Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines.
Lead usability testing, gather requirements, and validate designs.
Mentor less-experienced UI/UX designers and manage timelines.
