Job summary

Astek is seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to grow into next‑generation digital experiences, including AI-assisted and chatbot interactions. You’ll work on core UX tasks—research, flows, wireframes, prototypes—and learn how conversational interfaces shape user journeys.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product managers, business teams, and engineers to deliver cohesive experiences.

We’re looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer (1–2 years’ experience) who is excited to grow into designing next‑generation digital experiences, including AI‑assisted and chatbot interactions. This role is ideal for someone with strong UX fundamentals who’s curious about how AI can enhance user experience, and who wants to explore conversational design from an end‑user perspective (no technical AI background required).

What You Bring

• Basic familiarity with prompts, LLMs, or generative AI tools (nice to have, not required)

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating quickly
