Job summary

ZALORA Group in the Philippines is seeking a fresh graduate to join the Performance Marketing team. You will be analyzing campaigns, identifying automation opportunities with AI tools, and helping optimize creative and targeting across Meta, Google, and other platforms.

You will build small tools and scripts to speed up manual tasks, collaborate with CRM and analytics teams, and translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning — comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and drawing conclusions from data.
• Genuine, hands-on familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) - able to use them to research, analyze, write scripts, or automate tasks.
• Basic scripting/spreadsheet automation ability is a strong plus (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, or similar)
• High curiosity and fast learning ability - this role moves quickly and expects you to figure things out with minimal hand-holding
• Clear, structured communication - able to explain data and recommendations simply

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Tiktok, ASA etc
• Help build and maintain catalogue-driven ad formats (Carousel, Collection) tied to our product feed
• Analyze campaign performance daily/weekly and translate the numbers into clear, actionable recommendations
• Identify manual, repetitive tasks in the campaign workflow and propose or build AI-assisted ways to automate them
• Work with CRM and analytics data to understand customer behavior across acquisition and retention funnels
• Assist in preparing performance summaries and insights for leadership reviews
• Collaborate with creative, CRM, and category teams to align campaigns with business priorities
