We’re seeking a fresh graduate to join our Performance Marketing team—someone analytical who embraces AI tools to speed up campaign work and improve outcomes.

This role goes beyond posting ads: you’ll automate repetitive tasks, optimize creative and targeting, and collaborate with CRM and analytics to inform decisions and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning; comfortable with data.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Basic scripting/spreadsheet automation is a plus (e.g., Python or Google Apps Script).
• Curiosity and fast learning; able to work with minimal hand-holding.
• Clear, structured communication to explain data and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Help build and maintain catalogue-driven ad formats linked to product feeds.
• Analyze campaign performance daily/weekly and translate data into actionable insights.
• Identify manual tasks and propose or build AI-assisted automation.
• Collaborate with CRM and analytics to understand customer behavior across funnels.
• Prepare performance summaries and leadership-ready insights.
• Coordinate with creative, CRM, and category teams to align campaigns with priorities.
