Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Customer Success & Product Manager in Makati to bridge customer needs with our Product and Solutions Engineering teams. You will shape workflows, integrations, and AI-powered processes, guiding customers from onboarding to value realization.

You will own onboarding, build demos, and translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to own issues from start to finish with follow-through.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and automation is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally, guiding onboarding and adoption.
• Own customer requests from initial inquiry to resolution with clear communication.
• Build relationships and understand customer workflows, goals, and pain points.
• Configure workflows, integrations, and AI-powered solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn feedback into improvements.
• Create demos, proofs-of-concepts, and enablement materials.
• Identify upsell opportunities and help expand product adoption.
