Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a technically curious Customer Success & Product Manager to join our fast-growing team in the Philippines. You will own onboarding, drive product adoption, and translate customer needs into actionable product requirements for engineering.

You’ll configure integrations, build AI-powered workflows, and demo value to customers while collaborating with Product and Solutions Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, SaaS implementation, or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills with both customers and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and success across the platform.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and actions for engineering.
• Configure integrations, build workflows, and create demos for customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve features based on feedback.
• Identify upsell opportunities and assist with expansions when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation and ensure commitments are met.
