Job summary

remote work is seeking a talented professional to join a cross-functional team delivering Customer Success, Product, and Solutions Engineering support. You will learn customers’ workflows, configure integrations, and translate feedback into product improvements.

You will build AI-powered workflows, demos, and enablement materials while collaborating with Product and Engineering to turn needs into tangible solutions. Strong technical communication is required.

Qualifications

2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, SaaS Implementation, or similar.
Strong technical aptitude with APIs, webhooks, automation, scripting, and AI tools.
Experience with SaaS products and fast-growing or startup environments; strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to translate customer workflows into clear product requirements and work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities with limited guidance.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

Responsibilities

Onboard and support customers by responding quickly, removing blockers, and owning requests from inquiry to resolution.
Build strong relationships, understand customers' goals and workflows, and identify opportunities to improve adoption and satisfaction.
Become an expert user of the platform, configure workflows and integrations, troubleshoot implementations, and create demos.
Design proof of concepts and customized solutions that demonstrate the platform's capabilities.
Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement them.
Use AI tools to prototype prompts, build AI powered workflows, and develop enablement materials.
