Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the core platform experience and AI-powered personalization across our main site. This IC role offers high autonomy and direct impact on millions of users, focusing on onboarding to activation and personalized content delivery.

You will collaborate with AI, search/recommendation, and LLM teams, shaping 2C product design with strong UI/UX sensibilities and rigorous experimentation to improve conversion and engagement.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of product management experience in fintech/crypto/Web3 or AI-driven products.
• Deep understanding of 2C product design, UI/UX, and design thinking.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; ability to define meaningful success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own core platform features across Homepage, User Center, AI Generative UI, and Market pages.
• Design onboarding flows and user journeys to improve conversion and activation.
• Iterate on personalization strategies with engineering for AI-enabled experiences.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with search/recommendation and LLM teams to translate model capabilities into user value.
• Define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on data.
