Job summary

CodeRound is seeking an AI-native Product Manager to own developer-facing experiences across CLI, IDE/editor integrations, agent workflows, MCP, and extensibility. This hands-on individual contributor role will shape AI-powered developer workflows, define product strategy, and ship rapidly in the evolving agentic coding ecosystem.

You will partner with engineering, design, and growth to drive end-to-end product execution, write PRDs, and stay ahead of industry trends to enhance developer speed

Qualifications

• Hands-on IC, able to drive product strategy end-to-end.
• Experience with developer-facing products and tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered coding workflows and ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the CLI experience.
• Improve local code review workflows and pre-commit/pre-merge experiences.
• Lead IDE and editor integration strategy and execution.
• Build AI agent and MCP integration experiences.
• Define developer extensibility through skills and plugins.
• Prioritize developer workflow improvements based on user needs.
• Partner with engineering, design, and growth teams.
• Write clear PRDs and drive end-to-end product execution.
• Track industry trends and evolve the product with the AI ecosystem.
• Continuously optimize developer experience, speed, and usability.
