LawnStarter is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Service Experience workstream across AI-enabled features. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Ops to ship high-impact initiatives at speed.

This IC role requires a track record of extraordinary outcomes, obsession with AI and customers, and data-driven decision making. You will shape product strategy and be the main point of accountability for company-level metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the Service Experience product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead AI-powered support features and eval systems.
• Define and drive two company-level metrics: Contribution LTV and brand-promise.
• Shape the vision and proof of concept for AI-driven customer and Pro experience.
• Set shipping standards for trustworthy AI and guide Senior PMs.
