Job summary

Jobgether in Mexico is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to help developers and enterprise customers build and operate our generative AI platform. You will troubleshoot API, authentication, integration, and platform issues while working closely with engineering and commercial teams.

You will document findings, improve documentation, and contribute to product reliability, infrastructure, and customer success in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical support or a closely related engineering role.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, API keys).
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Familiarity with AI platforms, ML systems, or data-intensive apps is valuable.
• Strong technical communication and writing ability.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Independent working style with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support across APIs and platform functionality.
• Troubleshoot API and integration issues including OAuth/JWT and authentication.
• Investigate root causes using logs, metrics, and observability data.
• Manage support cases within SLAs and document resolutions.
• Collaborate with engineering to reproduce bugs and communicate findings.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides and FAQs.
• Improve self-service by enhancing documentation for customers.
