Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Technical Support Engineer to operate AI-driven solutions on Microsoft Azure, providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting across Azure AI services.

You will guide customers through reference architectures, assist with deployment and maintenance of AI workflows, and collaborate with Engineering, Product and Cloud Operations to resolve incidents within SLAs. English communication required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure.
• 2+ years with Azure AI Foundry and 2+ years in Azure Machine Learning.
• Experience building RAG-based agents and using MCP or similar patterns.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Azure AI Foundry environments and solutions.
• Troubleshoot Azure AI services, ML environments, RAG architectures, and related pipelines.
• Assist deployment, configuration, and maintenance of AI solutions in Azure.
• Analyze logs and telemetry to identify root causes and suggest fixes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Cloud Operations on escalations.
• Document troubleshooting steps and runbooks.
