Qualifications

• 10+ years in software Eng/AI/ML with senior architecture responsibilities.
• Production-grade LLM applications experience.
• Advanced Python development for backend systems.
• Experience with Claude API and LangGraph/LangChain.
• Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent workflows.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases knowledge.
• Secure, enterprise AI governance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of an enterprise-grade Agentic AI orchestration platform.
• Design modular AI components and intelligent agents with a Bricks/multi-node approach.
• Develop production-grade LLM applications using Claude APIs, LangGraph, LangChain, and RAG.
• Define scalable, secure, and maintainable agentic AI architectures for enterprise contexts.
• Build scalable APIs/backend services with Python and FastAPI.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation and vector DB integration.
• Develop prompts to improve model accuracy, reliability, and behavior.
• Establish AI security and responsible AI practices for regulated data.
• Provide technical leadership and guide architecture and engineering decisions.
• Evaluate trade-offs in scalability, performance, security, and capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot and improve platform reliability and performance.
