Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior IT Automation & Platform Engineer for a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will transform internal IT into a scalable, automated platform by architecting and operating the business systems ecosystem that connects Salesforce, HubSpot, billing, HR, and collaboration tools.

You will develop automation tooling with Python/Go/Bash, build API-driven integrations, and enhance security with Zero Trust practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/Platform engineering with internal systems ownership.
• Strong Python/Go/Bash programming for production automation.
• Hands-on AWS and GCP experience with IAM, EC2, and S3.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, OAuth, and SaaS SDKs.
• Security and compliance awareness, including Zero Trust and ISO 27001/SOC 2.

Responsibilities

• Architect, administer, and improve the internal business systems ecosystem.
• Design cross-SaaS data synchronizations and reliable data flows.
• Build automation tooling and internal services with Python/Go/Bash.
• Develop internal CLI tools, dashboards, and ChatOps integrations.
• Create API-driven integrations using REST and GraphQL APIs, OAuth, and webhooks.
• Automate CRM, billing data sync, entitlement provisioning, and access management.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows for support, knowledge retrieval, and ticket triage.
• Apply reliability engineering with monitoring and SLOs for internal IT services.
