Job summary

Matcha Kari seeks an AI System Automation & Implementation Manager to lead the company's adoption of AI technologies. You will deploy, configure, and optimize AI platforms across the organization, organize knowledge bases, and develop AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency.

The role emphasizes hands-on AI solution deployment and driving organization-wide adoption. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience implementing AI within business environments and familiarity with tools

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience implementing AI solutions within business environments and working deeply with AI platform integrations.
Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
Experience organizing knowledge bases and company documentation for AI use.
Experience with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar).
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
Excellent communication and change management skills.
Ability to evaluate business processes and identify automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

AI Platform Implementation: Deploy and configure AI platforms and manage subscriptions and access.
AI Knowledge Management: Organize documentation and develop AI knowledge bases.
Workflow Automation: Identify processes and design AI-assisted workflows using automation tools.
AI Optimization: Improve prompts and configurations; monitor usage and efficiency.
Training & Adoption: Train employees and drive organization-wide AI adoption.
