The role emphasizes architecture, MVPs/POCs, API design, and scalable systems while mentoring engineers and guiding strategic transformation initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development across multiple stacks, frameworks, and architectures.
• Proven experience building and consuming APIs, integration services, and cloud-native applications.
• Deep front-end expertise (React.js, Vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS) and back-end expertise (.NET / C#, Python).
• Strong solution architecture knowledge with practical experience in AI technologies (LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG, orchestration).

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and evaluate new technologies to drive digital transformation.
• Lead creation of POCs, MVPs, and dedicated innovation initiatives.
• Architect and implement cutting-edge solutions leveraging AI, automation, and cloud-native frameworks.
• Contribute to strategic transformation programs and integrate Microsoft-centric solutions.
• Act as technical lead for emerging capabilities, ensuring robust systems integration and scalable design.
