MicroSourcing is seeking an AI Developer to lead technology strategy in a hybrid role based at Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. You will drive digital transformation by evaluating new technologies, building AI-enabled MVPs, and guiding scalable cloud-native solutions.

The role requires strong full-stack skills and architecture expertise across frontend and backend stacks. You will collaborate across teams, lead innovative initiatives, and help integrate Microsoft-centric solutions while shaping

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development across multiple stacks, frameworks and architectures.
• Proven experience building and consuming APIs, integration services, and cloud-native applications.
• Deep front-end expertise (React.js, Vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS) and back-end expertise (Node.js, .NET / C#, Python).
• Strong solution architecture knowledge with practical experience in AI technologies (LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI orchestration).

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging opportunities and evaluate new technologies to drive digital transformation.
• Lead the creation of POCs, MVPs, and dedicated innovation initiatives.
• Architect and implement cutting-edge solutions leveraging AI, automation, and modern cloud-native frameworks.
• Contribute to strategic transformation programs and support integration of Microsoft-centric solutions.
• Act as the technical lead for emerging capabilities across the organization, ensuring robust systems integration and scalable design.
