Job summary

MicroSourcing in Quezon City, Philippines, is hiring a Technical Lead for a hybrid, day-shift role. You will oversee technology delivery, identify opportunities, and lead POCs and MVPs using AI, automation, and cloud-native frameworks.

You will architect scalable solutions, integrate Microsoft-centric technologies, and guide cross-functional teams through rapid prototyping and MVP lifecycles. Strong communication and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development across multiple stacks, frameworks, and architectures.
• Proven experience building and consuming APIs, integration services, and cloud-native applications.
• Deep front-end expertise (React.js, Vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS) and back-end expertise (Node.js, .NET / C#, Python).
• Strong solution architecture knowledge with AI technologies (LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG, orchestration).

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging opportunities and evaluate new technologies to drive digital transformation.
• Lead the creation of POCs, MVPs, and dedicated innovation initiatives.
• Architect and implement cutting-edge solutions leveraging AI, automation, and cloud-native frameworks.
• Contribute to strategic transformation programs and support Microsoft-centric solutions integration.
• Act as technical lead for emerging capabilities across the organization with robust systems integration.
