Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, seeks a Senior Procurement & Commercials Manager. This remote role owns vendor evaluation and all commercial negotiations across software, shipping, logistics, agencies, manufacturers and other suppliers, reporting to the CEO.

Expect direct impact on portfolio strategy, with rapid growth to VP level and global scope. You will build evaluation standards, drive renewal/exit decisions, and partner with the AI team to unleash automated portfolio insights—ambitious,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management or commercial negotiation.
• Demonstrated success evaluating technology vendors with ownership of negotiations across multiple supplier categories.
• Close attention to detail and fluency in contract language.
• Strong critical thinking and commercial analysis.
• Proficiency with AI for research, comparisons and contract analysis.
• Experience evaluating AI and software products through demos and trials.
• Record of fast, reliable execution across concurrent priorities.
• Clear written communication and vendor collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own evaluation standards and negotiation strategy for companywide vendor portfolio.
• Lead renewal, consolidation, replacement or exit decisions within authority.
• Deliver evidence-backed recommendations and secure approvals.
• Partner with the AI team to activate portfolio alerts and improvement plans.
