Job summary

Xurpas Incorporated is seeking an experienced sourcing professional to lead strategic sourcing and category management across diverse spends. You will engage suppliers, run RFx events, and negotiate contracts while leveraging AI tools to streamline operations.

You will develop category roadmaps, perform financial analyses, and advise on business-case development. The role requires leadership, robust analytics, and the ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years in strategic sourcing, category management, or consulting across multiple spend areas.
• Fluent Korean (C1–C2) required.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing initiatives across the S2C lifecycle: supplier outreach, RFx events, negotiations, awards, and contract execution.
• Develop category strategies and roadmaps using market intelligence and supplier research.
• Analyze supplier proposals and contracts to inform negotiation strategies and outcomes.
• Promote enterprise AI tools to streamline workflows and reporting in sourcing.
• Contribute to market intelligence and thought leadership for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support business development via contract assessments, due diligence, and case studies.
• Mentor peers on sourcing execution, AI literacy, and procurement best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement delivery models and supplier engagement.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations.
