Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Data Analyst to design and deliver Power BI solutions, answer business questions through data analysis, and guide migration from legacy systems to modern analytics tooling. You will work across Fabric and SQL Server environments, supporting both ad-hoc and scheduled analyses.

The role emphasizes data quality, user enablement, and collaboration with engineering teams to implement fixes. Hybrid work 3x per week onsite in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• 2+ years BI or data analysis across modern and legacy platforms.
• Strong Power BI skills including dashboards and troubleshooting.
• SQL proficiency across Fabric and SQL Server environments.
• Excel/VBA, SSRS reports, and cube analysis experience.
• Strong business communication to explain technical issues and guide tool choices.
• Migration support experience from legacy tools toward Fabric self-service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle report enhancements, dashboard modifications, and performance optimisations.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions across data platforms.
• Maintain legacy reporting (Excel, SSRS, and Power BI) infrastructure.
• Support month-end finance data import/export and EDW/IDW warehouse operations.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist users transitioning from legacy tools toward Fabric self-service solutions.
