Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre in the Philippines seeks a proactive AI adoption lead to drive AI initiatives across Global Supply Chain & Operations. You will translate strategy into practical use cases and enable teams to embrace GenAI and Copilot in daily work.

As a change agent, you will partner with stakeholders to identify value, develop adoption programs, and ensure measurable outcomes while supporting hybrid work from Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in AI adoption, enablement, or transformation with strong AI knowledge.
• Experience translating AI capabilities into business value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Strong project/program management and KPI tracking.
• Experience with Supply Chain/Operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI adoption across Global Supply Chain & Operations by turning strategy into concrete use cases.
• Enable employees to understand and use AI tools daily.
• Act as a change agent to promote AI-driven ways of working.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities for efficiency and outcomes.
• Develop adoption programs to realize value from AI investments.
• Support integration of AI into existing processes and workflows.
