Job summary

Optum is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to lead leadership development for IT Support Services, partnering with stakeholders to design curricula and learning pathways, while guiding AI-enabled leadership practices. The role includes facilitation, coaching, and governance of learning programs to improve organizational performance.

The position supports a hybrid work setup with U.S. shift hours in Manila, offering collaboration with ITSS leaders, operations, and HR to close capability

Qualifications

• Significant experience in leadership development, facilitation, learning strategy, organizational development, or talent development.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate leadership development programs.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership development across IT Support Services by partnering with stakeholders to assess capability needs, design curricula and learning pathways, and oversee learning solution development.
• Facilitate leadership programs, coach leaders, and ensure learning transfer and program quality.
• Oversee governance of curricula, materials, and measurement of program effectiveness; drive AI enablement in leadership practice.
