Responsibilities

• Executive & Operations Support – Help manage priorities, coordinate tasks, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Client Onboarding & Communication – Guide new B2B clients through onboarding and handle professional communication via email and phone.
• Process Improvement & Automation – Identify areas that can be improved and use software, AI, and automation to make processes more efficient.
• Research & Special Projects – Handle research, organize information, analyze data, and take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish.
