Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or life sciences required; Ph.D. preferred

Responsibilities

• Translate product capabilities into effective solutions for customers
• Collaborate with product, enablement, and delivery teams across CX
• Build and maintain solution assets and best practices
• Educate and empower the CX organization to deliver value to customers
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy to align on product value and messaging
