Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Chief AI Solution Engineer to evaluate and roll out AI-assisted tooling across IDEs and CI/CD, partnering with DevOps and engineering leads. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer or similar leadership role.
• Experience leading engineering teams and DevEx initiatives.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Next.js and microservices.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Experience with AI tooling and LLM APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research, assess, and roll out AI-assisted tools across front-end and back-end teams.
• Design and automate AI-enabled software lifecycle workflows (tests, docs, PR summaries).
• Integrate AI-driven analysis, bug detection, and linting into CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as internal consultant, publish prompt guidelines and safe usage practices.
• Measure developer velocity, lead time, and sentiment gains from AI initiatives.
• Lead adoption by coaching teams through change and evaluating new tech.
