Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• MBA or analytics-related degree preferred.
• CFA, CMA, or CPA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale delivery programs end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and business development.
• Define and implement process frameworks to drive operational excellence across the Banking & Capital Markets vertical.
• Oversee scoping, estimation, resource planning, scheduling, and quality for complex engagements.
• Partner with business development, client stakeholders, and internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to design scalable, technology-driven solutions.
• Provide thought leadership by driving innovation and digital transformation in BCM operations.
• Manage large delivery teams and ensure on-time delivery of client commitments.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
