Job summary

Rippedboxstation is seeking a Social Media Specialist to develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube. You will craft strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation while managing day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong English communication, experience with AI-enabled workflows, and the ability to analyze metrics to inform campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Experience managing business social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Proven experience with AI integration in social media marketing, including content creation and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social).

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including community engagement and responding to comments/messages.
• Integrate AI tools into social media workflows to enhance content creation and campaign planning.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
