Perle is looking for a self-directed social media leader to own our brand presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will build the voice from scratch, produce weekly content, and drive growth with data-driven insights.

You will shoot and edit your own videos, craft compelling copy, and align campaigns with recruitment goals to attract top AI experts. Equity is offered along with USD compensation.

Qualifications

Ability to shoot and edit short-form video with minimal setup.
Strong writing with hooks, pacing, and audience capture.

Responsibilities

Run all social accounts end-to-end across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube with cohesive branding.
Create weekly content (posts, reels, short-form video) from ideation to final edit.
Produce reels highlighting open expert projects to grow the network and recruit talent.
Build content strategy, calendar, and brand voice from the ground up.
Track performance with platform analytics and iterate to grow engagement month over month.
Translate AI topics into engaging, human narratives for a broad audience.
