Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee social accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for multiple brands and client accounts. You will manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.

You will analyze performance, optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CPL, and other KPIs, and translate data into actionable next steps. Collaboration with designers and content creators is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on social media management experience for brands or within an agency.
• Actual experience managing live campaigns and advertising budgets through Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of paid social media and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok content performance.
• Able to discuss campaigns personally managed, including objectives, budgets, KPIs, optimization decisions, and results.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Develop and maintain content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Manage paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• Build audiences, allocate budgets, and conduct campaign and creative testing.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.
• Analyze content performance including hooks, formats, retention, engagement, and conversion.
• Prepare clear performance reports and recommendations.
• Translate campaign data into actionable next steps.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members using performance insights.
• Stay updated on social media platform, advertising, and algorithm changes.
• Use AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, ideation, and workflow efficiency.
