Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Senior Paid Advertising Strategist to lead performance marketing strategies across marquee accounts. You will own planning, optimization, reporting, QA, and proactive client communication, while driving cross-channel integration and leveraging AI tools within the Nova ecosystem.

As a senior leader, you will mentor junior talent, maintain high-quality deliverables, and push for proactive strategic conversations around media buying and optimization plans.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience
• 3+ years in an agency setting
• Experience with at least two major ad channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and campaign optimization processes

Responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts
• Perform QA to protect client revenue
• Ensure accurate budget pacing and advise on changes
• Provide strategic recommendations across channels and opportunities
• Analyse campaign data to derive actionable insights and recommendations
• Coach and mentor junior talent within the team
