Job summary

Reed Elsevier Philippines is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to support day-to-day product operations, configuration, and availability of products through system setup and maintenance. This role partners with Technology and Operations to resolve issues, participate in development ceremonies, and maintain operational documentation.

You will assist with system testing, ad hoc reporting, and special projects, using AI to create tools that improve efficiency across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience in product operations or related roles.
• Strong technical proficiency with new systems and technologies.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product operations and availability of products.
