Responsibilities

• Own the product development lifecycle with designers, analysts, engineers and data scientists.
• Drive improvements, understand pain points, prioritize and deliver solutions.
• Broaden Return & Refund coverage, improve auto-judging accuracy, reduce resolution time.
• Explore AI-based solutions in Return & Refund workflows and strategies.
• Identify metrics and perform data-driven analysis on user behavior and product performance.
