Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to understand objectives and metrics.
• Identify recurring analytical tasks and automate workflows with AI-powered solutions.
• Translate metric definitions and rules into reusable agent skills and runbooks.
• Support monitoring and anomaly detection by linking risk signals to agent logic.
• Develop LLM-powered analytics workflows for Text-to-SQL, A/B analysis, and multi-region analytics.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align market-specific reporting and metric definitions.
• Use SQL, Python, Claude Code to build internal tools and validators.
• Design test cases to evaluate accuracy, consistency, and failure handling.
• Investigate failure modes and improve validation mechanisms.
• Analyze logs and traces to improve observability and reliability.
• Document best practices and user guides to support adoption.
