• Experience building AI or automation solutions.

• Able to translate business problems into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI, automation, and productivity opportunities across commercial and operations teams
• Translate business problems into technical solutions, system requirements, and implementation plans
• Build and prototype AI applications, automation workflows, data products, and internal tools
• Develop solutions using LLMs, APIs, Python, SQL, workflow automation, and modern AI development tools
• Work with data, product, BI, and engineering teams to integrate and scale successful solutions
• Analyze operational data and quantify business impact, productivity gains, and ROI
• Run pilots, iterate from user feedback, and drive adoption across business teams
• Support selected strategic and operational Special Projects requiring structured analysis and rapid execution
