Job summary

Health Carousel Global Services, Inc. (HCGSI) is building a new Process Excellence team and seeks a Business Process Analyst to grow it.

You will analyze, document, and measure improvements, and build real understanding of assigned business areas, using AI tools by default while owning accuracy and understanding. This role supports improvement work for our US-based client across various functions, with coaching to independently own process discovery and design.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year course in business, MIS, industrial engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years in business analysis, process engineering, quality, automation, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools at work and ability to explain usage and limits.
• Strong verbal and written English; translate conflicting information into clear docs.
• Process mapping skills with advanced spreadsheet and presentation abilities.
• Willing to work US hours on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Participate in walkthroughs, interviews, and design sessions; ask deeper questions.
• Reconcile conflicting accounts and flag contradictions early.
• Map current processes and draft improved future-state processes with guidance.
• Write process documentation detailing steps, controls, responsibilities, and instructions.
• Support root-cause analysis, data pulls, and hypothesis testing with external references.
• Use AI for transcript analysis, document comparison, and first drafts; verify and own output.
• Explain assigned areas independently, including constraints and steps.
• Assess tasks for AI automation and document the reasoning.
• Build and maintain test cases for deployed solutions with audit trails.
