Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst/Process Analyst to drive documentation and governance initiatives. You will conduct discovery, map processes, and produce SOPs, BPMN maps, and policy documents while collaborating with stakeholders to secure approvals.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in related roles, strong facilitation and analytical skills, and familiarity with AI tools to accelerate documentation tasks. Contract role for six months in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Documentation Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience documenting business processes, SOPs, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of BPMN and process mapping methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent documentation tools.
• Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Operations, or Shared Services experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, prompt engineering techniques, document analysis tools) is a plus.
• Must be willing to work on a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process discovery sessions, interviews, and requirements gathering workshops.
• Review existing policies, procedures, manuals, and process maps.
• Perform gap analysis against approved standards and governance requirements.
• Create and update Policies, Procedures, SOPs, Work Instructions, and BPMN process maps.
• Document process flows, controls, roles, responsibilities, inputs, and outputs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate process documentation and obtain approvals.
• Maintain documentation repositories and track deliverable status.
• Support quality assurance and incorporate stakeholder feedback into final outputs.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to accelerate document analysis, drafting, and process documentation activities.
